Our planter basket is a vinyl coated steel basket with a powder coated aluminum shaft. Our current model is a 12” coco liner basket which is used to plant flowers of your choice to cascade over the fence post. Coco liner included. Includes cap mount to fit a Standard 4″ Vinyl Railing or Fence Post.
